Account & activation

What is IPTV Level Up?

IPTV Level Up is an IPTV subscription that streams 15,500+ live TV channels and 140,500+ movies and series over your internet connection. It runs in apps on Firestick, smart TVs, Android, Apple devices and computers, with a TV guide, catch-up and PPV events. Plans last 1 to 12 months for 1 to 5 screens.

How fast is IPTV Level Up activation?

Activation is usually within minutes of payment. As soon as payment is confirmed, we email your login — server URL, username and password, plus an M3U link — and send a copy on WhatsApp if you gave us your number. Support is 24/7, so orders placed at night or on weekends are activated just as quickly.

What login details will I receive?

You receive an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) that works in TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, MYTVOnline and most players, plus an M3U playlist link for apps such as VLC, Kodi and Smart IPTV. MAG box owners receive a portal URL linked to their box's MAC address instead.

Can I change devices after I subscribe?

Yes. Your login isn't locked to one device. Uninstall the app on the old device, install a player on the new one and sign in with the same details. The only limit is how many screens play at the same time — that's the number of connections on your plan (1 to 5). MAG and MAC-based apps need the new MAC sent to support.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. Plans don't auto-renew and we never store card details. A few days before your plan ends, we remind you by email or WhatsApp. If you want to continue, you order the next plan and keep the same login, favorites and settings; if you don't, the account simply expires.

Pricing & payment

How much is IPTV Level Up?

IPTV Level Up starts at $13 for one month on one screen. The 12-month plan costs $69, which works out to about $5.75 a month. Extra screens raise the price per plan — every combination of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and 1 to 5 connections is listed on the pricing page.

How do I pay?

Choose your plan, fill in the short checkout form and we email you a secure payment link for that exact plan. No payment is taken on our website itself. If you prefer, message us on WhatsApp and a support agent will walk you through payment and activation directly.

Is there a 2-year plan?

The longest plan you can buy online is 12 months, the best value per month. If you want a longer commitment, message us on WhatsApp at +13858857120 and we'll tell you what we can offer; two-year arrangements are handled only by our support team, not through checkout.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price on the pricing page is the full price for your plan and screens, in US dollars. The only possible extra cost is optional: some third-party player apps, such as TiviMate Premium or IBO Player Pro, charge their own small fee to their developer. You can always use a free player instead.

Devices & apps

Does IPTV Level Up work on Firestick?

Yes. IPTV Level Up works on every Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube and Fire TV smart TV. You enable apps from unknown sources, install Downloader from the Amazon Appstore, install a player like TiviMate, then sign in with your Xtream Codes login. The Firestick setup guide walks through it in about ten minutes.

Which devices are supported?

Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Hisense, Roku (through mirroring or M3U players), Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows, Mac, MAG boxes and Formuler. Each one has its own step-by-step setup guide.

Which player app is best?

On Firestick, Android TV and NVIDIA Shield, TiviMate gives the most cable-like guide. On phones, tablets and computers, IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest. Samsung and LG owners usually use IBO Player Pro, and Formuler boxes come with MYTVOnline. All of them accept the Xtream Codes login we send.

How many devices can I use at once?

As many as your plan's connections. One connection means one screen playing at a time; you can install the app on more devices, but only one can stream simultaneously. Plans are available with 1 to 5 connections — most families with two or three TVs choose 2 or 3.

Can I watch while traveling?

Yes. Your login works on any internet connection, so you can watch on a phone, laptop or travel stick in a hotel or at a holiday rental. It still counts as one of your connections while it plays. Hotel Wi-Fi is often slow or blocks streaming ports, so a phone hotspot is a good backup.

Do I need a VPN?

A VPN isn't required to use IPTV Level Up. Some customers use one for privacy or because their internet provider slows down video streams at busy times. If you do, pick a nearby server with good speed, and if buffering starts after enabling it, try another server or turn it off to compare.

Channels & quality

How many channels does IPTV Level Up have?

IPTV Level Up carries 15,500+ live channels — US local and national networks, sports, news, kids, documentaries, Canadian and German channels and international packages — plus 140,500+ movies and series on demand. Lineups change over time, so if one specific channel matters to you, ask support before you buy and we'll check it for you.

What internet speed do I need?

Plan on at least 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD sports and 40 Mbps for 4K, per screen that's playing. A wired Ethernet connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi close to the router makes the biggest difference. Run a speed test on the streaming device itself, not on your phone.

Is there a TV guide and catch-up?

Yes. The electronic program guide (EPG) loads automatically in Xtream Codes players like TiviMate and Smarters, showing what's on now and next. Catch-up lets you replay recent programs on channels that support it, typically marked with a clock or rewind icon in the guide.

Does it include PPV and live sports?

Yes. IPTV Level Up includes sports channels and PPV event channels for football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, boxing and MMA, plus event channels that appear for big fights and tournaments. During major events, our support team stays online 24/7 to help if a stream misbehaves.

Will it buffer?

Most buffering comes from home Wi-Fi, an overloaded streaming device or an internet provider throttling video at peak hours. Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, keep 1 GB free on your stick, set the player's buffer to Large and restart the router weekly. If it continues, contact support and we'll check the stream from our side.

Refund & legitimacy

What is the IPTV Level Up refund policy?

Every plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service doesn't work properly on your device and our support team can't fix it, message us within 7 days of activation for a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method. The full conditions are on the refund policy page.

Is IPTV Level Up legit?

IPTV Level Up is a real, reachable service: you can talk to support 24/7 on WhatsApp and Telegram before paying, plans don't auto-renew, payment links are sent per order and every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. You are responsible for checking that IPTV use is allowed where you live.

How do I contact support?

WhatsApp +13858857120 or +212670955312, Telegram @iptv_support_center, or email [email protected]. WhatsApp is fastest — most messages are answered within minutes, 24/7. Include your username or order ID so we can find your account straight away.

Free trial

Does IPTV Level Up have a free trial?

Yes. IPTV Level Up offers a 24-hour free trial on one device so you can test channels, picture quality and the guide before paying. Request it on the free trial page with your WhatsApp number; our team sends the login on WhatsApp. One trial per household, and no payment details are needed.

How do I get the free trial?

Fill in the short form on the free trial page with your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and device. A support agent sends your 24-hour login on WhatsApp, usually within minutes during busy hours and faster at quiet times. Then follow the setup guide for your device.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial login simply stops working — nothing is charged and nothing renews. If you liked it, choose a plan on the pricing page. Your new login arrives after payment, and you sign in to the same app with the new details.
