Refund Policy

Every IPTV Level Up plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service doesn't work properly for you and our support team can't fix it, you get your money back.

How the guarantee works

1. Contact support first within 7 days of your activation date — on WhatsApp (+13858857120), Telegram (@iptv_support_center) or email ([email protected]). Include your order ID or username.
2. Tell us what's wrong — the device, the app and the problem. Most issues (login errors, buffering, missing guide) are fixed in minutes, and we'll try that first.
3. If we can't fix it, we confirm your refund and deactivate the account.
4. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

When a refund is available

• The service doesn't work on your device and support can't solve it.
• Channels or content that we confirmed in writing before your purchase aren't available.
• Repeated technical problems on our side that we can't resolve.

When a refund isn't available

• Requests made more than 7 days after activation.
• Problems caused by your internet connection or device that are outside our control, where we've given you the steps to fix them.
• Fees paid to third-party app developers (for example TiviMate Premium or IBO Player Pro activation) — those are paid to the developer, not to IPTV Level Up.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the terms, for example sharing a login beyond the purchased connections or reselling access.

Renewals

Plans never renew automatically, so you'll never be charged for a period you didn't choose. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a new account.
