How do you get smooth streams on game day?

Most game-day problems are local: Wi-Fi, a busy streaming stick or too many screens on one connection. Restart your router and device before kickoff, use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, open the channel early and know a backup feed. These four habits prevent the majority of stutters we see in support.

  • Open the game 10 minutes early — the player has time to buffer and you can switch feeds if one is busy.
  • Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi for 4K and 60 fps sports channels.
  • Many big games are on several channels; if one stutters, try the same game on another feed.
  • Check the EPG for event channels on fight nights — they appear with the event name shortly before start time.

Can I watch NFL games on IPTV Level Up?

Yes. NFL games air on the US broadcast networks and national sports channels in the IPTV Level Up lineup, including Sunday afternoon, Sunday night, Monday night and Thursday night games plus the playoffs. Open the US networks or sports group in your player's guide at kickoff time, or search for the network name.

Does IPTV Level Up include PPV fights?

IPTV Level Up includes PPV and event channels for major boxing and MMA cards. Event channels appear in the PPV / Events group, often renamed with the event title a few hours before it starts. Note a backup event channel in case one is busy at the main event.

Is there sports in 4K?

Selected sports channels and events are available in 4K alongside FHD and HD versions. 4K needs about 40 Mbps of steady speed per screen; use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. If your connection drops, switch to the FHD version to keep the action smooth.

Why does a game buffer when other channels are fine?

Big games are watched by many people at once. Try another feed of the same game first — most big games are on more than one channel — then lower the quality to FHD. If it persists, message support on WhatsApp with the channel name.
