What IPTV Level Up collects, why, and your rights.

This policy explains what personal information IPTV Level Up collects through iptvlevelup.pro, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can and we never sell your data.

When you order: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, the device you plan to use, the plan you chose and any notes you add. We also record the order ID, the price and the IP address the order came from (to fight fraud).
When you request a trial or test: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and device, plus the IP address.
When you contact us: your name, email, subject and message, plus the IP address.
Automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Why we use it
- To process your order, send your payment link and deliver your login.
- To answer support questions on email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- To send service messages such as renewal reminders. We don't send marketing newsletters.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of trials and forms.
Who we share it with
- Email delivery: our email provider sends the messages you request (order confirmation, auto-reply).
- Order management: order details are copied to our internal order-management system so our team can track and activate them.
- Payment providers: when you open a payment link, the payment provider handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. IPTV Level Up never sees or stores your full card details.
- Legal requirements: if the law requires it.
We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable time afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Trial and contact messages are deleted when they're no longer needed. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Residents of California, Canada and the European Union (including Germany) have additional rights under local law, such as access, correction, deletion and objection.
