What you need
- An LG TV with webOS 4.0 or newer (2018+)
- Your IPTV Level Up login
- A phone to visit the player's website (for MAC-based apps)
How do you install IPTV Level Up on LG TV?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.

Open the LG Content Store
Press the Home button (house icon), open Apps / LG Content Store and use Search. Type “IBO Player Pro”, “IPTV Smarters” or “Smart IPTV”.

Install and launch the player
Select Install, wait for it to finish, then Launch. Note the MAC address shown on the first screen if it's a MAC-based player.

Add your IPTV Level Up login
Smarters: Login with Xtream Codes API on the TV. IBO Player Pro: add an Xtream playlist on the IBO website using the MAC and device key. Smart IPTV: upload your M3U link on the Smart IPTV website using the MAC.

Restart the app
Exit with the Back button held down, reopen the app and wait for channels to load.

Pin the app to the launcher
Press Home, hold OK on the app tile and move it to the front of the bar so it's one click away.
Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login
Smarters: directly on the TV. IBO Player Pro / Smart IPTV: on the developer's website, using the TV's MAC address (and device key for IBO).
Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on LG TV
- The MAC address on the app is different from the TV's network MAC
- That's normal — use the one the app shows, not the one in TV settings.
- EPG is empty in Smart IPTV
- Smart IPTV reads the guide from the M3U playlist. Ask support for the M3U link with EPG included and upload it again.
- Magic Remote pointer makes navigation awkward
- Shake the remote to hide the pointer and use the arrow keys; most IPTV apps are designed for arrows.
Tips for a better experience
- Turn off Settings → General → Quick Start+ if the app shows an old channel list after you reconnect — it forces a clean restart.
- LG OLED owners: set Picture → Picture Options → TruMotion to Off or Cinematic Movement for sports to avoid the 'soap opera' look.
- If LG removes your player in an update, a Firestick or Google TV streamer avoids the problem entirely.
