What you need
- Your MAG box and its remote
- The MAC address from the sticker under the box (starts 00:1A:79)
- The portal URL from IPTV Level Up support
How do you install IPTV Level Up on MAG box?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.
- 1
Send us your MAC address
Turn the box over and copy the MAC address (00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx). Add it to your order notes or send it on WhatsApp. We link it to your subscription.
- 2
Open System Settings
Power on the box. On the home screen choose Settings (or press SETUP on the remote) → System settings.
- 3
Go to Servers → Portals
Select Servers → Portals. You'll see Portal 1 name and Portal 1 URL fields.
- 4
Enter the portal
Portal 1 name: Level Up. Portal 1 URL: the address we sent, exactly as written, including http:// and the trailing /c/ if present. Press OK to save.
- 5
Restart the box
Go back and choose Restart portal (or unplug for ten seconds). The box loads the IPTV Level Up portal with live TV, video club and the guide.
Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login
MAG boxes never use a username or password — the portal URL plus the registered MAC address is the login.
Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on MAG box
- “STB blocked” or “Your STB is not supported”
- The MAC address isn't registered yet, or there's a typo in it. Send us a photo of the sticker on WhatsApp.
- Stuck on “Loading portal…”
- Check the URL character by character, then go to Settings → Network and test the connection. Ethernet is strongly recommended on MAG boxes.
Tips for a better experience
- Update the box firmware (Settings → Software update) before adding the portal — old firmware causes most portal errors.
- Set Settings → System settings → Video → Video output mode to match your TV (1080p-60 for most US TVs, 1080p-50 for European content).
